That’s why we offer a Pro Bono Program exclusively for 501(c)(3) nonprofits. We provide virtual assistant services to help you streamline your operations, amplify your impact, and avoid burnout.

Who We Support
Our Pro Bono Program is designed for:
- Registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations
- Organizations that serve underserved or at-risk communities
- Teams overwhelmed with admin tasks, project management, or communications
- Leaders looking to reclaim time and reduce stress

If your mission is strong but your back-office is strained — this program is for you.


What We Offer
Eligible nonprofits can receive complimentary access to the same services we offer paying
clients, including:
- Inbox & calendar management
- Project management support
- Donor & volunteer communication
- Social media marketing
- Employee/volunteer relations coordination

How to Apply
Applying is simple and takes less than 10 minutes:
1. Fill out our Pro Bono Application Form
2. We Review Your Submission – Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis each month.
3. You’ll Hear From Us – Selected organizations will be contacted within 5–7 business days
to schedule a discovery call.
